Congregational Growth & Wellness
Russell Long chairs this very important Church Council committee. The Congregational Growth & Wellness committee reaches out to our church family to determine just how they're feeling about the direction of our church. Russ is collecting information from the congregation in several ways, the most recent of which is a written and anonymous survey which he had mailed to every member. In this way, he and his committee can get an idea of what they like and what they don't like; what they believe is working, and what, in their opinion, is not working. This is just part of a larger push to bring into scope a Strategic Plan for the future growth of St. Johannes!
